Loon is 28 km north of Tagbilaran City where daily flights to and from Manila and boat trips to and from Cebu are available. Further north is Tubigon town where more than 20 boats arrive from and depart for Cebu daily. The town is only 40 minutes from either Tagbilaran or Tubigon where public utility buses, jeepneys, taxicabs and vans-for-hire are available. There is a daily schedule of jeepneys and buses going to and from Sandingan Island through the Tajang crossway. At the Mocpoc wharf in Sandingan motorized outrigger boats ferry passengers to the Island of Cabilao in only 10 minutes.
